Studio Rental Information
We are excited to announce that our brand new studio is available for rent! Conveniently located directly off the Wilson Red Line stop, this space is perfect for rehearsals, meetings, auditions, photoshoots, yoga classes, and more!
Space - The main rehearsal space is roughly 240 sqft. Perfect for rehearsing plays, dance rehearsals, recording self tapes, holding auditions, acting classes, etc. The room is approximately 13x17.
There is an office in the space where you can store personal items during class to maximize space in the main room. You can also close the door and use the space as a breakout room.
Cost - $15 per hour.
Room Inventory - Four rehearsal cubes, one 2ft by 4.5ft folding table, one 3ft by 1.5ft folding table, eight folding chairs, mini fridge, microwave, water station (hot & cold water), and HEPA air purifier. The restroom is located down the hall. NOTE: There is no Wifi. There is no A/C (but we have three fans you can place around the room as needed. We don’t expect staying cool is going to be an issue in the winter. The unit is heated in the winter.)
Parking - There is plenty of on-street parking available. There is parking along Broadway. There is also paid parking underneath the Wilson Station behind the building. Please do not park in the spaces directly behind the building or in the Aldi Parking lot.
Accessibility - The building is ADA accessible. There is an elevator at the main entrance.

SPECIAL RULE: Please note: Bump in the Night Theatre shares this space with Flannel Yoga. As this space is also a yoga studio, we want to take extra care of the floor. The studio is a shoe-free environment. Also, please do not do anything to mess up the floor, i.e. taping the floor, scraping furniture around the floor, etc. Minor damage and mistakes are expected. But major injuries to the floor will result in a $20 fee to pay for the time and materials necessary to fix it. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: Our studio shares a hallway with a church. On Sundays, you can expect music and commotion throughout the morning and into the early afternoon. It's not so loud as to hinder rehearsals or other events but if you intend to film a self tape or any other kind of recording, perhaps choose a different day/time.
